Appointments at the Honorary consular network

To view the complete list of Honorary Consulates in the district of the Italian Consulate in Manchester, visit the following link: Honorary Consuls and Consular Correspondents – Italian Consulate in Manchester.

Honorary Consuls, Vice Consuls and Consular Agents, being volunteers, manage the opening hours of their offices and the related calendar independently. For information on opening hours, appointments, information, etc., please contact the individual Honorary Consulates directly.

Once an appointment has been made, the Italian citizen must present the appropriate documentation as listed in the following links:

During your appointment at the Honorary Consulate, ONLY your biometric data and paper application will be collected. These will then be sent by the Honorary Consulate to the Consulate in Manchester, which will process the application, request the payment and issue and send the passport to the applicant’s address.

The passport will be sent to your residential address. Therefore, you must attach a prepaid envelope for special delivery weighing no more than 500 g to your application, complete with the address to which the passport should be sent.

Payment for the passport will be requested directly from the citizen by the Passport Office of the Consulate in Manchester once the application has been processed and verified. We recommend that you check the email address provided on the application form (including your spam folder). There is no need to write to the Passport Office email address to request information about payment, as all applicants will be contacted after their application has been processed.
