The emergency number of this Consulate only responds to situations of real and demonstrated emergency that involve italian citizens (incidents and acts of crime or violence potentially life dangerous): +44 (0)7 3878 10771.
Any call regarding passports, AIRE or other consular services will not be taken into consideration.
The emergency number is operative:
- from Monday to Friday, from 5 pm to 10 pm;
- during holidays from 9 am to 10 pm.
In other time slots it’s possible to contact the on-call Functionary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at+39 06 3691 2666. In cases of actual necessity, the people in charge of this Consulate will be contacted promptly.
ATTENTION: in the event of serious accidents, situations which involve immediate risks to health or danger to personal safety and which therefore require the immediate intervention of the local health authorities, police or fire brigade, it is advisable to call directly the single British emergency number: 999.
