TENDER ACTION NOTICE
The Embassy of Italy in London is conducting a tender action using the open procedure pursuant to
articles 27 and 33 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26
February 2014 on public procurement in accordance with the Ministerial Decree dated 2 November
2017 no. 192/2017 and the general principles of Legislative Decree dated 18 April 2016 no. 50/2016
(Italian Public Contract Code), for the purpose of procuring the following services:
Security services. The annual value of the Services is approximately £320,660.00, VAT
excluded. The auction base for 36 months contract, plus 12 months of possible extension, is
therefore £1,282,640.00 VAT excluded.
The Tender wishes to award a national framework agreement for Security Services, which will allow
the Embassy and other Italian Authorities (Contracting Bodies) in UK to procure a number of services
from a supplier framework.

BANDO DI GARA
L’Ambasciata d’Italia in Londra lancia un bando di gara mediante una procedura aperta ai sensi degli
artt. 27 e 33 della Direttiva 2014/24/EU del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio e del D.M. del 2
novembre 2017 n. 192, nel rispetto dei principi generali di cui al Decreto Legislativo del 18 aprile 2016
n. 50 (Codice degli Appalti), allo scopo di affidare i seguenti servizi:
Servizi di sorveglianza e sicurezza. Il valore annuale dei servizi è approssimativamente
£320,660.00, esclusa VAT. La base d’asta per 36 mesi di contratto, più eventuali ulteriori 12
mesi di possibile estensione, è quindi pari a £1,282,640.00 esclusa VAT.
Il bando mira a concludere un accordo quadro nazionale per i suindicati servizi, mediante il quale
l’Ambasciata e le altre sedi italiane (Enti Contraenti) operanti nel Regno Unito potranno ottenere una
serie di servizi dall’affidatario dell’accordo quadro.
