ART. 1, PARAGRAPH 1-TER, DECREE-LAW 28 MARCH 2025, NO. 36): EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS TO 31 MAY 2029."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IMPORTANT UPDATE<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following the publication of Law No. 26, 28<sup>TH<\/sup> February 2026, containing urgent provisions regarding statutory deadlines (the so-called \u201cmilleproroghe\u201d), <strong>the legal deadline established under Article 1, paragraph 1-ter, of Decree-Law of 28 March 2025, No. 36, has been extended <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><u>from 31<sup> TH<\/sup> May 2026 to 31<sup> TH<\/sup> May 2029<\/u>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The relevant section of the website has been updated accordingly to reflect the new legislation.
